This road cuts between the Casa Rosa and the city in general from Puerto Madero, the new district that was once the docklands and is now the most exclusive area in the city. Puerto madero has the tower blocks with huge price tags, big international comapany offices and most of the expensive restaurants. This road links the airport and railway stations with the main motorway outta town, so its usualy like this, a wall of container lorries.
